成员 pledge to uphold this 道德规范 to:
- Conduct our business in a manner that reflects credit on the MBA, our industry and the Member.
- Avoid 状态ments or implications that may be misleading or deceptive.
- Describe accurately and honestly the price, materials or standards of workmanship used in a Member’s job.
- Provide high standards of health and safety from 土地开发 though 建设 of homes.

- Encourage research to develop new materials, 建筑技术, improved building practices and financing methods.

Inappropriate Conduct Towards Fellow 成员, Association Guests and Employees

Conduct Detrimental to the Reputation of the Association

- Lack of candor or transparency in dealing with 道德委员会;

This section is not intended to discourage 成员 from communicating their disappointments, issues or concerns constructively with the Association Management and the Board. 而, the Board encourages 成员 to communicate in a way that is respectful of the Board, 行政管理, 和协会.

A vote for suspension or expulsion shall require a two-thirds vote of all Directors present. A vote for any other consequence shall require a simple majority of Directors present.
My organization agrees to abide by the by-laws and 道德规范. In the event of termination of membership in the association, I agree to immediately discontinue the use of the Association's logo in any form.
